ADM Group has very rich experience in designing and building plastic injections molds for automotive exterior parts, especially for Grille molds, Bumper molds, mug wheel cover molds, plating part molds like signs, plating handles, plating covers, etc.
It is well known that air flow plays an important effect on the success or failure of an exterior molds design. With the UG molds designer software, our designers can closely calculate the air input and air output to design the molds for Grille, Bumper, mug wheel covers according each customer special requirements. By using UG software, our designers can easily do feasibility analysis and make molds design to will improve final part design, molds design and product manufacturing feasibility. In addition, we also help our customers to provide detailed molds flow analysis.
Take advantage of the high technical software, it enables us to design all molds in the most reasonable molds structures and functions by keeping evaluating and optimizing all different solutions. This is one of the main reasons that our customers like to work with ADM Team!
For big molds like molds of Grilles, Bumpers and mug wheel covers, in ADM Group, we mostly use 1.2738HH Gröditz steel imported from Germany with original steel certification provided to customers, to build core and cavity, mainly because the steel has good machinability, good cracking resistance, quality stability, good for surface treatment (both for polishing and texturing). But if customers have specific steel requirements, we will follow customers’ requests.
